What is Nielhouse?
Nielhouse helps you find a home that fits your life. You say in your own words what matters to you in a short conversation, and Nielhouse shows homes for sale that match, with clear reasons why each one fits and support as you decide.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start the conversation and see your first matches anonymously. You only need an account to save your search or invite your household.
What does Nielhouse cost?
Nielhouse is free for buyers during the open beta. No payment card and no trial countdown. Pilot terms for estate agencies are agreed separately.
Where do the homes come from?
From Swedish realtors' own websites. We check them every day so sold homes disappear quickly, and we always link to the realtor's listing.
What happens to what I share?
It stays yours. Nothing is shared with a realtor or anyone else unless you choose to, and you can change or delete anything at any time.
How do I know why a home fits me?
Each home shows how many of your wishes it meets, which it meets partly and what the listing does not say. You see where you would compromise and what needs checking before a viewing.
Can we search together as a household?
Yes. Each of you adds what matters. You see where you agree and where you do not yet, and you can put your favourites side by side before choosing which is worth a viewing.
Does Nielhouse help with the purchase itself?
The buyers guide explains the home-buying process in Sweden step by step: mortgage approval, bidding, the contract, inspection, title registration and the housing association's finances. Every rule links to its official source.
Do you work with estate agents?
We are building a partner programme for estate agencies and are currently talking with possible pilot partners. The idea is that agents can reach buyers who have already described what they need, so viewings start with better context.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile, open the Account tab and choose Delete account. It cannot be undone: the account is deleted and your data is removed from our servers.
How do I add Nielhouse to my phone's home screen?
On iPhone: open nielhouse.com in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Add to Home screen. Nielhouse then opens like an app of its own.
